Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Motherworld. By completing and submitting the customer order form online, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions outlined below.

We are collecting your personal information for the purposes of processing your order. Any personal information you provide will be managed in accordance with Motherworld’s privacy policy available at http://motherworld.com.au/privacy-policy/

 

Motherworld endeavours to ensure the accuracy of our website pricing and content; in the case of a technical based pricing or content error we reserve the right to cancel or refund the mistaken purchase price to you.

If an order is rejected on our Website we will endeavour to notify you within a reasonable time after the order has been submitted.

If you come across what you believe to be a technical error or inaccuracy of our content please notify us at admin@motherworld.com.au

Definitions

Agreement means an agreement between you and Motherworld to supply Goods

Delivery Address means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on the Order.

Goods means Goods described in an Order.

Order means an Order by you to purchase Goods from Motherworld.

Personal Information includes, but is not limited to your name, Delivery Address and payment details.

Price of Goods and Payment

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

All of the prices quoted on our website include free courier delivery within Australia.

Method of Payment

You may only use the following credit cards or payment method: Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. Motherworld do not accept cheque, cash or money orders for purchases made online.

Delivery

Please note no deliveries will be dispatched until valid delivery address, postcode, email address & telephone number has been provided with the order.

*** Post Office Box deliveries are not accepted. Preferred delivery is to Business Addresses ***

Please carefully note the procedures and conditions below:

  • Goods are available for delivery within Australia only.
  • Goods cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address
  • Preferred delivery option is to a Business/Office address
  • Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery
  • Motherworld will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details provided.
  • All orders will be sent via Toll and Australia Post service and provides parcel delivery within seven (7) working days from order processing.
  • If the receiving party is not home at the time of delivery a calling card will be left, it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to contact Toll or Australia Post and make arrangement for the goods to be collected by the purchaser at the depot. http://www.tollgroup.com/onetoll OR www.australiapost.com.au
  • We will not re-present deliveries should no one be available at time of delivery.

Dispatch Email Notification

We aim to provide as much information as possible to enable you to track your order and to ensure that your delivery is not delayed because you are not available at your address to sign for and accept it.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse

Items are dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date of receipt of order.

Please note business addresses are the preferred address for all deliveries and this will ensure a much smoother and less complicated process

Courier

The usual courier companies we use are Toll or Australia Post. We reserve the right to use a different courier at any time.

Delivery Options

All deliveries are dispatched within 48 business hours from the date of receipt.

For outlying or regional areas please allow at least 7 working days for delivery, although Toll and Australia Post aims to deliver before this time. Please note that any time frame quoted for delivery is not a guaranteed delivery time & we cannot be held responsible for any loss, incurred through a delay in delivery caused by our suppliers or any third party.

This is an estimated time given to us by the courier and we cannot be held responsible for any courier delay whatsoever. Should a delivery be attempted and no one is available at the address to provide a signature, a card with details of the parcel will be left at the address by Toll or Australia Post, it is then the receiving party/purchasers responsibility to make contact with Toll or Australia Post and organise for them to pick the item up from the relevant Toll or Australia Post depot.

Please contact them direct regarding this or any other delivery issue.

Call Toll customer services on 1300 366 684.We cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur if your order is signed for by a third party.

If a parcel is returned to us after a card has been left at the address & no response has been received, or the parcel has been refused, you the customer will be held responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel to us.

There will no exceptions this amount will have to be received by us as well as the cost of resending your item before your parcel is re-dispatched.

Returns Policy

At Motherworld, we pride ourselves on providing a superior product and level of service.

If you have made your purchase online, Motherworld  will happily provide you with an exchange or refund as follows:

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact Customer Service by email: customerservice@motherworld.com.au for your return instructions. Returns for refund or exchange are subject to approval by Motherworld.

Product return costs will be paid by Motherworld.

 

Changed Your Mind

If you simply ordered the wrong item online, then Motherworld  will be pleased to offer you a refund or replacement product provided:

            The item is in its original packaging

            The item is unused and as sold

Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Returns for refund or exchange will only be accepted within ten (10) days after the customer has received the good and are subject to approval by Motherworld.

Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Not Received Your Order

I have received a dispatch email for my order but it is now over 7 days since it was sent and I have still not received my order, what can I do?

Please check your tracking number online and this will give you the status of your parcel.

It may be that Toll or Australia Post has tried to deliver and have been unable to do so, possibly as they were unable to locate your address. If you find that your tracking number shows no attempt has been made to deliver your goods or that they have been delivered but you have not received them then please email us immediately at customerservice@motherworld.com.au and we will investigate the matter with the courier and attempt to offer a solution as soon as possible, (Mon-Fri).

Will my item come in a certain type of packaging?

This will depend on the order; large items will nearly always be shipped in the branded original box but smaller items or multiple items may be shipped in a box that has been recycled in our warehouse and may not contain the item that appears on the branded packaging.

I am buying more than one item; will they all be delivered together?

Where possible we always try and ensure that all items purchased from us are dispatched at the same time.

If for some reason this is not possible you will be advised by email. The number and size of the items ordered will depend how they are packed and how many parcels you will receive.

Refund Payment Credits

Please note, all refunds will be made to the original credit card used to purchase the goods. We will process payments as soon as possible, usually within seven (7) working days.

This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights for returns of faulty goods.
